Communications staff

I/ What is the role doing?

The role of the web-store communications staff is to manage everything related to the bot rentals (setting up the web store, sorting orders, sending keys, etc.).

II/ How do you do the role?

Here are the steps you will need to take to properly set up the weekly bot rental event.

  • Bot rentals: (Cybersole, EveAIO, etc)

  • Channel to post: #🗣-announcement

  • Day to post: Every Wednesday

  • Time to post: Post the Message 01 at 4:00 pm EST and post the Message 02 at 5:00 pm EST

__**BOT RENTAL EVENT LIVE**__

**The event is officially live! Use the links down below to secure your weeklies! Please only purchase 1 of each, otherwise, your order will be canceled.**

Bot 1 - Bot 1 store link

Keys will be fulfilled by tomorrow 12 pm EST! @Events - user

Note: EST time is 5 hours behind GMT time (usually, please check often to see if the clocks change).

V/ How to set up the store:

Click on Manage Pages, Cart Page, Settings, then Permissions.

Add stock to the product that needs to go live by going to Store Products and clicking on Edit next to Manage Variants.

For bot rentals, make sure you have one key to split it into four periods (picture above). Post a message in discord with a password and also post through the app

You will have to fulfill your orders. To do this, go to store orders, <order that needs fulfilling>, add tracking number, select a carrier from Nike accounts, bot rentals, or proxies, and add a Pastebin or a Google Doc link that holds the bot rental guide/key/download or the proxy discord server invite and instructions to claim or the Nike SNKRS accounts.

Finally, reset and fulfill 2nd, 3rd, and 4th orders (for bot rentals only)

Reset the key (bot rentals only), fulfill the batch of orders on that period, and repeat the process until that week has been completed. Make sure to check tickets for key issues

Here are the steps to send the bot rental event alert in the application:

1. Go to the Notification category (the bell icon) and click on Popup. Then, press the Add Notification button.

2. Fill the blank spaces with details about the bot rental event and click on Save

VI/ Weekly Schedule:

Monday AM: Reset keys from the Sunday-Monday period

Monday PM: Prepare the bot rentals' drop that is happening tomorrow night (follow the instructions above)

Tuesday AM: Make sure you have everything ready for the drop tonight

Tuesday PM: Oversee the bot rental drop and make sure that the site has been tested pre-drop

Wednesday AM: Fulfill bot rental orders for the Tuesday-Thursday AM period

Thursday AM: Reset bot rental keys and fulfill orders for the Thursday PM -Friday AM period

ALSO Friday AM: Reset bot rental keys and fulfill orders for the Friday PM - Saturday AM period

ALSO Friday PM: Reset bot rental keys and fulfill orders for the Saturday PM - Monday AM period

ALSO Saturday AM: Start gathering bots for Tuesday

Please frequently check support tickets in case someone needs a reset or a proxy/Nike acc isn’t working. Thank you.

You're only allowed to purchase 1 bot. Please re-purchase 1 bot!

Cancellation for multiple orders

Please don't purchase multiple rentals through multiple orders. 1 rental is the max per user.

VII/ Staff Server

#leaderboard: Performance leaderboards will be posted here every Sunday, assessing the quantity and quality of the work you did during the past week. The top performer will be commended on their outstanding job, and the bottom performers will be messaged to arrange improvements.

VIII/ Staff Limitations

While Juiced Staff can take advantage of numerous services that the subscription offers, they are not allowed to participate in limited events offered by Juiced. This limitation includes free ACOs, free bot trials, and first-come, first-serve group buys.
