I/ What is the role doing?

The user content manager's role is to ensure our tutorials staff team, our informational staff team, and our communicational staff team are providing the highest quality content to paid users in a consistent and high-quality manner.

Some key tasks include:

  • Managing our team of tutorial creators. This includes making sure every staff member is making and posting video tutorials to our admin dashboard twice a week in high quality and helpful manner.

  • Managing our team of informational providers. This includes making sure every staff member is making and posting product information to our admin dashboard once a day in high quality and helpful manner.

  • Managing our team of communicators. This includes making sure every staff member is making and posting helpful communications to our admin dashboard once a week in high quality and helpful manner.

  • Reporting on all the different staff and how they are performing, give specific details such as how many posts each user is doing or what quality of content each user is posting. This communication should be done through our mandatory weekly reports.

II/ How do you do the role?

  • Managing our team of tutorial creators

The first task is managing our team of tutorial creators. You should ensure 2 new videos are posted every week.

The informational providers are posting information about sports cards, sneakers, streetwear, digital art, accessories, action figures, collectibles and etc.

To manage the team, you should utilize the "Tutorials content" section in the Juiced - Staff discord and ensure each channel is used in the ways as stated below;

Leaderboard = In this channel, you should post a leaderboard every Sunday, ranking the best-performing staff highest and the worst, lowest. Schedule = In this channel, you should post a schedule, this needs to be updated every time a change is made to the schedule. The schedule should set out what time and days you expect certain staff to film, edit and post videos. Helpful links = In this channel, there is a list of helpful links you should get your staff to use. Documentation = In this channel, there is a list of docs you should get your staff to read. Chat room = In this channel, you should actively look to build a community amongst staff. You should often use it to talk about progress and put across any important points. New videos = In this channel, you should get your staff to post the Vimeo link every time they finish a video. You should review each video and ensure it's been edited and filmed to a high standard.

For more private matters such as communicating performance issues or personal suggestions, you should contact the provider via Discord DMs.

Once you have approved the video, they should post it onto our staff dashboard in line with the Schedule.

  • Managing our team of informational providers

Up next is informational providers. We require all providers to post a minimum of once per day in a high-quality manner.

To ensure all informational providers are posting, you should utilize the "Informational content" section in the Juiced - Staff discord and ensure each channel is used in the ways as stated below;

Leaderboard = In this channel, you should post a leaderboard every Sunday, ranking the best-performing staff highest and the worst, lowest. Schedule = In this channel, you should post a schedule, this needs to be updated every time a change is made to the schedule. New posts = In this channel, you will automatically see when new information is posted. You should check each one and edit anything you believe needs updating.

For more private matters such as communicating performance issues or personal suggestions, you should contact the provider via Discord DMs.

Once the providers have content, they should post it onto our staff dashboard in line with the schedule.

  • Managing our team of communicators

The final team you'll need to manage is our communicators. You should ensure each communicator posts at least 1 communication per week.

The communicators will be posting updates about new features, updates about new blogs, updates about helpful support articles, new giveaways or merchandise for users to enter into or purchase, very important videos and information and etc.

To manage the team, you should utilize the "Communicational content" section in the Juiced - Staff discord and ensure each channel is used in the ways as stated below;

Leaderboard = In this channel, you should post a leaderboard every Sunday, ranking the best-performing staff highest and the worst, lowest. Schedule = In this channel, you should post a schedule, this needs to be updated every time a change is made to the schedule. The schedule should set out what time and days you expect certain staff to find, create and post. Helpful links = In this channel, there is a list of helpful links you should get your staff to use. You should often use it to talk about progress and put across any important points. New posts = In this channel, you should get your staff to post the content they plan to post every time they want to post. You should review each post and ensure it's relevant, it's written well, and filmed to a high standard.

For more private matters such as communicating performance issues or personal suggestions, you should contact the provider via Discord DMs.

Once the communicator's posts have been approved, they should post it onto our staff dashboard in line with the schedule.

  • Reporting on all the different staff

Every Sunday, before Midnight in your local time, you should send us a report.

You need to fill in the following sections;

  • Total posts and rating for each staff

  • Improvements staff could make to improve their work

  • Conversations you've had with the staff

  • People you believe could be good additions or replacements within the team

  • Overall feedback on each staff and things our executives need to do or know

Once you have completed the above, please ping the @Executive and type "Report done" in the Juiced - Staff discord in the #weekly-reports channel.
